These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Opteva client onboarding form. By submitting this form, you agree to these Terms. Our main site's Terms of Service govern your ongoing use of the Opteva Content Studio once your account is set up; these Terms cover onboarding itself.
This form collects your contact details, business details, brand assets (including a logo you upload), social and booking links, and your goals, so Opteva can set up your account and brand profile.
You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your business, and to have the right to upload the logo and other assets you submit. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
You keep ownership of your logo, brand assets, and business information. You grant Opteva the rights needed to use them to set up and operate your account and to generate content on your behalf.
This form does not collect payment. Billing, if applicable, is handled separately under the main Terms of Service.
This form is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Opteva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this form.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
